This privacy policy states what we do to protect the privacy of information supplied by Society members and visitors to this web site.
Members of the Society are provided with a user name and password to access the member section of this web site. This is provided at the request of the member.
Email addresses of members will be stored and may be used to send information to them about the Society and its activities. User information will be deleted when that user is no longer a member of the Society.
If any user does not want any personal information or image displayed, such as telephone number or address, that information will not be made public.
The Society has no interest in collecting or maintaining information about visitors to our site. No information is collected except when provided voluntarily such as when a visitor sends us a message via the Contact Us form.
Cookies are not used to automatically collect information about visitors.
No information collected will be given to any third party for any reason. The Society will take all reasonable steps to ensure any information remains secure and to prevent unauthorised access to that information.
